Lyn’s Stretch & Flex Classes
New Class
“I am excited to be bringing these sessions to you, and I do hope that you will join me on the mat each week.”
The new class is initially a 10 part programme. We then continue to build during subsequent sessions. I even give you optional homework of gentle stretches to practice at home, each week.
I encourage everyone to take just a few minutes to stretch every day.
I keep the class numbers low to ensure individual attention and to help you grow as a group.
Week one can be used as a taster, a chance to get to know each other before you commit.
10 weekly sessions paid in advance are just £85.00. If you choose the taster option week 1 is just £10.00, then to continue an additional £75.00 becomes payable within 2 days.
Anyone with difficulty in paying for the full course should contact me for discrete personal attention to help you find a way to attend the course.

This group class can also build a sense of community, friendship and self-worth. Even if you don’t need any of those we learn from each other and a light, fun atmosphere is encouraged.
Fitness with Lyn is designed as an initial 10 week course, however as each group grows together it is hoped that you will then continue your fitness journey, gradually building and growing your practice beyond the initial 10 weeks into week 11 and beyond.

Missed the first class? Don’t worry although it’s devised as a course, you will soon pick up what we do. Away during the course, again don’t fret, we can run through what you missed at the next class.
